We initially planned a short stay at this hotel while our home was undergoing renovations, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to extend our stay three times. Despite the unexpected changes, the hotel staff made everything so much easier for our family, including our two kids. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring we felt at home throughout our extended stay. The rooms were comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was family-friendly and welcoming. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a pleasant and comfortable experience thanks to the excellent hospitality. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a reliable and caring place to stay!
New hotel, nice studio mini suites, we had a King-bed suite, with Kitchen, and all was very clean and comfortable. Downsides are not room-related: first, coffee in lobby is pure colored water that tastes like the filter paper is was brewed through; second, breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m - that's right, NINE A.M. I guess they cater to the military working at Eglin AFB nearby and figure they're all at the base by 8:00 a.m., so why bother. Lastly, the hotel clerks behind the desk could care less if you say good morning, good evening, or goodbye. Our experience with our stay was amazing. We were traveling back home from vacation and our flight was cancelled due to the weather. It was very late at night and I called admittedly to book us a room. The staff was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed at check in. I highly recommended this hotel, I would give it a 10 if possible.
I really enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting for work and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. Clean, friendly, and breakfast was hot and tasty. I stayed in a Homewood Suites the week before and it wasn’t as good as this place, but it was supposed to be a step up. This Home2Suites was great!
So clean! Very nice room and accommodations. We were very pleased. We were attending an event at UNWF and this was very close.
They have activities every day from music bingo to karaoke. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. I was on the third floor facing the highway and I could hear the traffic noise in my room. Not loud that I couldn't sleep, but I could hear it. Breakfast was hot continental with a good amount of options. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Water pressure was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. I definitely would stay here again.
